It's a reasonable base for shopping. The staff are exceptionally friendly, managed the parking on-site.

Helpful staff and new-fashioned rooms, we had a great experience. Loved our rooms with a lovely view. There was a great selection of food for breakfast, including eggs and sausages. Location: the hotel was really close to restaurant in the morning, Seminyak, and the beachfront. We found nice Secret Cafe nearby with hot beverages.

During our stay, we were delighted with the location and restaurant options available. The resort was conveniently located by the beach, allowing us to easily access the beautiful coastline. In the mornings, the breakfast spread was a highlight, offering a wide variety of fresh fruits, pastries, and international cuisine dishes. The room provided a spacious and clean environment, with thoughtful design in the lighting and ample storage space. The service from the staff was exceptional, with friendly and helpful waiters taking care of our needs. the resort offered a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

We did notice that some services and amenities were overpriced compared to other options outside the resort.

Breakfast good. Kids love fresh fruit juices. Staffs exceptionally polite. Pools clean with cozy benches. Hotel facilities top-notch.

We stayed at a magnificent hotel by the beachfront, where we started our day with a scrumptious breakfast in the restaurant overlooking the lush garden area. The room was cozy, the service was exceptional and the private beach club had a variety of activities we could enjoy, including surfing lessons and massages. The pool area was stunning and had an amazing pool bar to enjoy refreshing drinks. We were amazed by the various options offered at the spa, which was a definite highlight of our stay.

The gym facility was a bit outdated.

The rooms at Renaissance Bali Nusa Dua Resort are absolutely stunning! They are so cozy and inviting, with plush bedding that makes you feel like you're sleeping on a cloud. The private balcony is a lovely addition, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or evening breeze. The fashionable living area is also a great space to relax and unwind after a long day. And let's not forget about the bathroom with a soaking tub - it's like having your own personal spa retreat! As someone who loves comfort and a touch of luxury, I couldn't have asked for a better room.

If I had to nitpick, the only thing I personally liked less was the air conditioning. I found it a bit too cold for my liking at times.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff was incredible, always greeting me by name and making sure I had everything I needed. The room was comfortable and clean, with a beautiful freestanding bath. The facilities were great, especially the modern and clean spa. I also loved the variety of food at breakfast, and the staff was always very helpful in the restaurant. Lastly, the location was just perfect for access to the beach; I could either take the shuttle or enjoy the beach club on the property.

The vegan options on the menu were not properly done as advertised. The children's pool was partially adorned with reflective white tiles, making it uncomfortable in full sun.

The activities offered by Renaissance were top-notch. My favorite was the yoga by the beach, which provided a peaceful and rejuvenating experience. Additionally, the service provided by the staff was outstanding. They were attentive and always had a smile on their faces. The spa experience was the highlight of my stay, with its serene atmosphere and high-quality treatments. The property itself was beautiful, and I enjoyed the pool and the pool bar for lunch. The rooms were comfortable and well-designed, providing a relaxing environment. The buffet breakfast was exceptional, offering a wide variety of delicious options.

During my New Year stay, I enjoyed the cozy and comfortable rooms, with friendly and attentive staff who went the extra mile to cater to my needs. The buffet breakfast spread was amazing, with various options for everyone, and the private beach club with convenient surfing coaches was a great advantage. The location was also key, with a quiet spot perfect for relaxing and resting.

For dinner, there were limited options with the same menu as lunch. It would have been nice to have more variety in the dining choices.

Our family had a perfect holiday at the Renaissance in Nusa Dua. The staff were friendly, helpful, and wonderful with the kids. The resort was beautiful with multiple clean pools to choose from, a fantastic kids club, and lovely restaurants. We loved every moment of our stay and didn't want to leave. Highly recommend!
